NTC-09.08 “Actual elevator model” Training laboratory equipment is made for visual demonstration an elevator equipment operation, studying the design and functioning principles of passenger elevator. NTC-09.08.1 “Elevator control station” The equipment gives opportunity for studying its design and operating principle of the microprocessor-based control station UL seria, elevator control and typical faults diagnostic. The training laboratory equipment can operate both autonomously and in interaction with the objects of other stands of the laboratory: cabin, winch and sensors of real equipment. At stand are carried out 22 laboratory works, allowing to study the elevator devices, the electric drive of doors and winches, safety devices and interlocks, the functioning of sensors, to study the operation of the station in all operating modes and simulate operation in emergency situations, to get acquainted with the programming of the system. NTC-09.08.2 “Winch drive” The training laboratory equipment gives opportunity for studying a linear winch speed dependence on supply voltage frequency; learn how to adjust the acceleration and deceleration times in accordance with the recommended values; to set exact stop depending on the selected speed; simulate typical malfunctions that occur at winch drive operation and study the response signals of the equipment. NTC-09.08.3 “Door operating gear Frequency converter – Asynchronous motor” The stand allows to get acquainted with operating modes of door drive control device, as well as the controls and indications; get basic device programming skills; learn troubleshooting a door drive control device UPDKL-2.0. In the mode of joint operation with the station, the electric drive of the door is controlled from the command buttons that imitate the push-button posts of the floors and the cabin. NTC-09.08.4 “Elevator sensors” The training laboratory equipment gives opportunity be acquainted with design and the operating principle of general elevator sensors, as well as experimentally studying their technical characteristics. A feature of the present item is the ability to watch training videos at all types of installed sensors: just scan the QR code with your phone, and an animated 3D model will be demonstrated in details the operating principle of each sensor.
