The training laboratory is designed for secondary and higher educational institutions.
The laboratory consists of the following equipment:

NTC-14.50 “Energy saving technologies. Heat supply with MPMS”
The front panel of the control unit includes:
- power switch and indicator;
- functional switches;
- digital indicators;
- programmable logic controller.
A functional scheme of the heater is displayed on the front panel. For ease of use, the scheme is duplicated on the panel of the heater.
The heating unit is an aluminum frame on which the following equipment is installed:
- electric boiler;
- circulation pump;
- heating radiators;
- expansion tank;
- coolant distribution system;
- temperature transmitters;
- external and internal (in the chamber) temperature sensors;
- flowmeters;
- pipeline fittings.
Heated chamber attaches to the heater. The chamber is constructed of an aluminum profile with walls made of PVC. The chamber is equipped with an exhaust fan and the fan speed controller.

- Determination of hear irradiation.
- The study of electric heat boiler operation.
- The study of programmable microcontroller as a part of the heat supply system.
- The heat supply system automation.
- The experimental study of the efficiency of the heat supply system.
- Additional branch with a circulation pump in the heating system.
NTC-14.51 “Heating system”
Structurally, the stand is a mounted heat supply unit. Elements of the system are mounted on a frame made of profile aluminum (mobile mounting platform).
The equipment installed on the mobile platform:
- aluminum heating radiators (3 pcs.);
- balancing valves (2 pcs.);
- pipeline accessories;
- thermostatic regulator;
- three-stage circulation pump;
- electronically controlled circulation pump;
- pressure safety group with expansion tank;
- air valves;
- electric water heater.
On the front of the frame are mounted panels of heat energy flow meters (heat meters) and temperature meters with remote sensors.
The measurement system includes digital thermometers with remote sensors, analog thermometers mounted on pipelines, electronic and analog flow meters, heat meters, mounted points for measuring water temperature, points for measuring pressure, multifunction meters for electrical parameters.
The training system is fully ready for operation, it is possible to connect external heating appliances and additional modules.
NTC-14.52 “Energy saving technologies. Heat pump with MPMS”
The stand includes a heat pump, an electric water heater, two heating radiators (aluminum and cast iron), an expansion tank, pipelines, a safety group, a five-branch comb, valves for changing the direction of flow of the coolant, a valve for filling the system, valves for connecting sensors temperature (3 pcs.), channel supply air heater with power regulator and temperature sensor, measurement system.
The measurement system consists of an electronic electric meter and a heat meter. The heat meter allows you to measure the temperature of the coolant at the inlet and outlet of the circuit under study, as well as the amount of heat generated or expended. The bench measurement system also includes a heat pump measurement system, the type of which is agreed with the customer.
The coolant in the stand is water or antifreeze for heating systems. The nominal capacity of the heating system, including the heat pump, is 50 liters. For convenience, the control panel shows a functional diagram of the installation. The type of heat pump is additionally negotiated with the customer.

- The calculation of heat power of a thermal pump.
- The study of thermal pump efficiency at different preset temperatures of hot water.
- The study of thermal pump efficiency at different outside air temperatures.
- The study of the operating efficiency of a thermal pump with different types of radiators.
NTC-14.52.1 “Heat pump acting model. Water-water system”
The laboratory bench is designed to be used as a teaching facility for practical laboratory tests in universities and specialized schools.
The construction of the bench consists of a frame with a front panel and an integrated desktop.
The heat pump elements are mounted on the front panel (heat exchangers, filters, capillary tube, pressure switches). A functional scheme of the unit is displayed on the front panel. The compressor is mounted on the tabletop.
The front panel of the control unit includes:
- power switch;
- test pressure gauges;
- socket for connecting the compressor.
Heat exchangers (evaporator and condenser) are performed as copper spirals. They are placed in vessels with water, which are mounted on special supports.

NTC-14.52.2 “Heat pump. Industrial version”
The stand is designed to study issues of energy saving by means of the exhaust air heat utilization with ventilation, the air-water heat pump performance adjustment and the efficiency of heating system.
The unit is a monoblock heat pump with air-water system installed on a movable platform. Frontal panels of the platform are removed in order to provide visual demonstration of internal nodes. A mobile platform with mounted heating devices and distributive nodes is connected to the heat pump by means of flexible connection.
The measuring system allows the coolant pressure and temperature, the heat carrier flow rate, the electric energy consumption and the energy conversion efficiency to be controlled.
NTC-14.53 “Heating system controller”
The heating system controller mounted on a mobile platform has 8 analog inputs for measuring temperature at the sensing points and 5 relay outputs for connecting actuation devices (burners, starting up heaters, pumps, automated control valves). The unit can be equipped with a set of the accommodation heating system models (up to 4 removable modules) with different configurations and functions.
NTC-14.62 “Air conditioner”
NTC-14.82 “Power saving technologies. The study of flux-flow oscillator”
The training laboratory system is designed to carry out laboratory experiments at universities and technical colleges during laboratory experiments on the study of heating system functioning and design.
The stand contains control unit and power unit.
The power unit is an aluminum frame which contains:
- vortex heat generator;
- water heater – storage tank;
- circulating pump;
- hot-water radiators;
- expansion tank;
- heat-transfer agent distribution system;
- temperature converters;
- flow rate meters;
- valves.
The functional circuit is drawn on control panel for ease.The front part of the control and measurement panel contains:
- mains switch and power indicator;
- functional switches;
- digital indicators;
- frequency converter control console;
- temperature control gauge.
The measurement system allows controlling temperature in heat supply circuits, instantaneous and accumulated heat consumption, electricity consumption. The control system allows regulating vortical heat generator rotation velocity.

NTC-16.12 “Gas-distributing plant”
A training laboratory system mounted on a mobile platform. The gas pipeline sections are made of steel pipe and different types of gas meters are provided.
The system includes a gas pressure regulator, gas valves, gas filters, thermal shutoff valves, a flexible gas connection (steel and rubber). Manometers are used for controlling gas pressures at the input and the output of the regulator. An air compressor is provided in the delivery set.
NTC-16.22 “Controlled residential ventilation”
The training system allows to study controlled systems of residential ventilation in practice.
The ventilation plant mounted on a mobile platform and includes:
- a controlled unit with cross-flow heat exchange and an electric heater;
- a mounted system of pipelines with temperature- and pressure-sensing points;
- a control panel.
A Pitot tube anemometer is provided in the delivery set.
