Structurally, the training laboratory equipment is represented as a structure made of steel parts and a movable monoblock polycarbonate carriage. A portable digital USB microscope is fixed at the stand. The carriage moves vertically by rotating a corrugated handle fixed on a screw mechanism. The carriage has a filling compartment for distilled water with a stopper, connected by a blocked channel with a glass measuring capillary tube. The channel is closed by a multi-turn valve with a corrugated disk handle.
A portable digital USB microscope gives opportunity to monitor in real time the process of changing the height of the water column in a capillary tube on a PC screen during evaporation of distilled water into the atmospheric air. At the present stand can be determined the mutual diffusion coefficient of air and water vapor.
The training system allows to determine the air and water vapor mutual diffusion coefficient.
The training system is supplied with:
- a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff;
- a software.
