The training laboratory equipment is designed for using it as educational equipment at secondary specialized and higher educational establishments at laboratory and practical classes for “Machine parts” subject.

The stand has rigidly fixed base where are mounted setups for performing the labs.

The stand simulates various types of connections found in machine nodes:

  • keyway;
  • terminal;
  • threaded.

Loading is carried out with a torque wrench included into the contents of delivery. The efforts are recorded by strain gauges. To create an axial force or a torque moment is foreseen a worm gearbox which is installed on the base.

The training system is supplied with:

  • set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff;
  • software.

Experiments provided

  1. Definition of forces in tightened bolt joints.
  2. Investigation of friction in threaded joints.
  3. Investigation of terminal connections working efficiency.
  4. Determination of allowable stress values in key joint.
