The training laboratory system is designed for visual familiarization with the main types of rolling bearings, their classification and the identification system under the course “Machine details”.

Structurally, the training system is the tablet, consisting of the frame, which is made from aluminium profile with installed composite panel with durable full-color printing. The tablet consists of the nine bearing samples in a natural value (six bearings with a notch, which allows to study the construction and interaction of their elements):

single-row radial roller;
single-row radial thrust roller;
double-row radial spherical roller;
single thrust roller;
single-row radial roller with short rollers;
radial thrust roller with tapered rollers;
double-row radial spherical roller;
needle radial roller;
radial roller with long rollers.

The stand contains the bearings legend system, their classification and characteristic.

On the back of the stand at the top of the profile there are two suspensions for fixing. Suspensions are inserted in the groove and fix with the screw, that allows to regulate the distance between them.
