NTC-13.09.2 “Cutaway model of cylinder gear”

The present model is dedicated for visual demonstration and studying constructure, operating principles of general nodes of cylinder gear.

Structurally, the stand is represented as a real acting gear installed at aluminum frame with soft supports. The present training laboratory equipment let you see the helical gearing in operating mode and give evaluation in practice the difference in applied moments at input and output shifts through applied by hand forces to the flywheels.

This model provides visual demonstration and provides visual access to the nodes located inside the housing elements of the gearbox.

The stand gives opportunity to study the following components of the cylinder gear:

• gear wheels;
• bearing units;
• adjustment elements;
• body construction.
