The laboratory stand NTC-13.01.B “Applied mechanics” is designed for carrying out laboratory works in “Technical mechanics” for students of machine-building specialties of secondary educational institutions.
Constructively the stand is performed as a desktop aluminum basement, which is the same for all experiments, where the investigated object is located. The basement has reinforced welds in order to provide rigidity.
Due to quick-fasteners of the investigated objects and auxiliary measuring devices the stand allows changing the composition of the experiment as well as the investigated parameters.
The measuring system is a combination of the following mechanical and electronic devices:
- strain gauges for measuring the applied force in combination with digital strain gauge NTC-13.01.10;
- two dial indicators;
- scale;
- protractor;
- level;
- set of loads 1; 2; 5 and 10 N.
The digital strain gauge NTC-13.01.10 is applied for measuring the strain under static stress. It is used in the universal stands of the series NTC-13.01.B for conducting practical works in “Strength of materials”, “Structural mechanics”, “Technical mechanics” at universities and secondary educational institutions of machine-building and instrument-making specializations.
The training system is supplied with a set of methodical and technical documentation for academic staff.
