The laboratory stand is designed for carrying out laboratory works when studying “Theoretical mechanics” of technical mechanics course at higher educational institutions of non-machine-building specialization and at secondary educational institutions of machine-building and instrument-making specializations. The stand allows to determine position of the main axes and the main tensions in a shaft under torsion and torsion combined with bending.
Structurally, the stand is made in the form of a base, on the bracket of which a cylindrical rod is rigidly fixed with the right end. A bracket is installed on the left end of the rod, which can be loaded with a load (torsion, bending). Strain gauges are installed in the central part of the rod to measure the strain of the rod.
To display the readings of the weight sensor, use the measuring device NTC-13.01.10 “Digital strain gauge strain gauge”.
