The training laboratory system is used as educational equipment in higher and secondary educational institutions during laboratory experiments.

Structurally, the training laboratory equipment consists of a body where are mounted an electric equipment, front panel and an integrated work table top.

At the front panel of the stand are placed the following equipment:

  • distillation column of tray type;
  • dephlegmator;
  • heat exchanger for alcohol cooling;
  • heater with heating power regulator.

Measuring system of the stand contains:

  • meter of electrical parameters;
  • flow meter;
  • system for automatic determination of the concentration of the resulting alcohol;
  • sensors for temperature, excess pressure, differential pressure.

For connecting individual blocks is provided a set of connecting pipes, hoses and shutoff valves.

The training laboratory equipment is accompanied with:

  • a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching stuff;
  • a software.

Experiments provided

  1. Studying the operating principle of the rectification column of a disc type.
  2. Determination of the reflux ratio.
  3. Determination of the dephlegmator heat balance.
  4. Determination of the efficiency of the rectification column.
