The training laboratory system is designed as educational equipment during practical and laboratory experiments at higher and secondary educational institutions.
Structurally, the training system consists of a body with a front panel and an integrated desktop mounted on it.
The following equipment is located on the front panel:
- mains switch;
- axial fans;
- air channels;
- measuring instruments;
- digital indicators;
- panels of fans control.
Circular PVC duct channels with a diameter in the measuring area of 100 mm are used as air channels.
The measuring system allows the user to read the static and dynamic pressure in the measuring area, impeller rotational speed, voltage, current, active power of electric motors.
For measuring static and dynamic pressure differential pressure transmitters are used. The pressure sensors are connected to the air channels by means of a tube.
The training system is equipped with a set of removable diaphragms for mounting on the air channel outlet section.
The system is supplemented with software and methodological support: a set of methodological and technical documentation intended for academic staff.
