Laboratory stand is designed for using as educational equipment at universities and secondary educational institutions for laboratory and practice courses.
Constructively the stand consists of body, where electrical equipment, electronic boards, frontal panel and tabletop are installed.
Frontal panel contains:
- mains switch and mains indicator;
- programmable logical controller;
- buttons and switchers ;
- air treatment block;
- pneumatic distributors (5/3, 5/2, 3/2);
- pneumatic cylinder (2 units);
- measuring devices.
External source of compressed air (compressor) is connected to the stand.
Measuring system allows to register pressure of compressed air, linear movement of cylinder rods, sensor input and output condition.
The stand allows to work out solutions of pneumocylinder rod movement control tasks using programmable logical controller, to debug and control program execution in real time.
Software and methodical documentation supplemented to the stand:
- methodical and technical documentation set intended for academic staff;
- measuring complex software;
- programmable controller software.
