Laboratory stand is designed for using as educational equipment at universities and secondary educational institutions for laboratory and practice courses.

Constructively the stand consists of body, where electrical equipment, electronic boards, frontal panel and tabletop are installed.

Frontal panel contains:

mains switch and mains indicator;
programmable logical controller;
buttons and switchers ;
air treatment block;
pneumatic distributors (5/3, 5/2, 3/2);
pneumatic cylinder (2 units);
measuring devices.

External source of compressed air (compressor) is connected to the stand.

Measuring system allows to register pressure of compressed air, linear movement of cylinder rods, sensor input and output condition.

The stand allows to work out solutions of pneumocylinder rod movement control tasks using programmable logical controller, to debug and control program execution in real time.

The stand is accompanied with:

a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
measuring complex software;
programmable controller software.

Study of programmable microcontroller (PLC) contained in pneumoactuator control system.
Programming of programmable logical controller (PLC) Mitsubishi Electric ALPHA-2 by means of programming environment AL-PCS/WIN-EU on PC. Programs recording into PCL memory.
Programming of PLC in terms of elementary algorithm of cylinder rod movement.
Designing of control algorithm and software for cylinder rod cyclic movement control system using distributor 5/3.
Designing of control algorithm and software for cylinder rod cyclic movement control system using distributor 5/3 and end sensors of location.
Designing of control algorithm and software for cylinder rod movement control system using distributor 5/2 and end sensors of location.
Designing of control algorithm and software for cylinder rod cyclic movement control system using distributor 5/2 and end sensors of location.
Designing of control algorithm and software for cylinder rod cyclic movement control system using distributors 5/3 and 5/2 and end sensors of location.
Investigation of software system of automatic control.
