The training laboratory system is used to investigate semi-conductive materials. The list of laboratory works includes a comprehensive study of the magnetic properties of semiconductor samples, as well as determining the type of charge carriers and the energy characteristics of these materials using Hall effect measurements and analyzing their dependence on external conditions.

Structurally, the training laboratory equipment consists of a control unit with all electronic devices necessary for performing laboratory works.

The training laboratory equipment is accompanied with:

  • a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
  • software for visual displaying the measured results of the parameters under study on the PC screen in real time and saving the measurement results for their further analysis.
