The training laboratory unit allows to get practical experience in measuring heat radiation energy, to measure dependence of power radiated by body on its temperature.

The unit is a portable desktop version.

The main element of the stand is an oven for heating an investigated body, which is mounted on a metal frame. The temperature of a body is measured by a thermocouple. The intensity of radiation is measued by a thermal flux sensor (not included in default set) fixed on a carrier, between a body and the sensor there’s a thermal shield. From the top the oven is covered by a housing.

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
