The training laboratory system is designed to study the ways of torque transmitting.

Structurally, the stand consists of:
  • a mechanized drive;
  • a control unit.

The mechanized drive includes a drive gear motor and an electromagnetic brake clutch connected by interchangeable modules, as well as sensors of the measuring system. The mechanized drive allows the installation of removable modules and implements protection against turning on the engine with open protective covers.

The control unit contains a drive motor control system, a measuring system based on a frequency converter, automatic fuses, as well as a PC communication unit. On the front panel of the unit are the controls and indicators of the measurement system.

The training system is supplied with:

  • a set of technical and methodical documentation for teaching staff;
  • a software.

Experiments provided

  1. Study the connection work of an elastic coupling with chain wheel.
  2. Study the connection work by the cardan joint (joint coupling).
  3. Study the connection work by CVD.
