The training laboratory system is designed to study the ways of transmitting rotation of various types of tooth gears: cylindrical and worm.
The stand was developed on the basis of real models of industrial gearboxes and allows you to determine the efficiency of these types of gears at different degrees of loading.
Structurally, the stand consists of a mechanized drive and a control unit. The mechanized drive includes a drive motor and an electromagnetic brake clutch connected by interchangeable gears (cylindrical or worm), sensors of the measuring system. The mechanized drive allows the installation of interchangeable gearboxes, and also implements protection against starting the engine with the protective covers of the couplings open. The control unit contains a drive motor control system, a measuring system based on a frequency converter, automatic fuses, as well as a PC communication unit. On the front panel of the unit are the controls and indicators of the measurement system.
