The training laboratory equipment is dedicated for getting practical skills about creating servodrive control system, developing and starting the set algorithms of servo mechanism moving, about variable speed control and servodrive torque control.

The training system is a desktop unit, on the profile plate of which is installed following equipment:
  • servo amplifier;
  • AC servodrive;
  • desktop power supply;
  • stepping motor driver;
  • stepper motor;
  • linear module of shifting with limit switches.

The training laboratory equipment gives opportunity to:

  • get knowledges about correct and safe starting the servomotor;
  • trial of set movement algorithm;
  • change the speed and acceleration in the system, adjust the speed;
  • determine initial position for movement;
  • control the value of servo drive torque.

The training system is supplied with:

  • a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff;
  • a software.

Experiments provided

  1. Studying the structure and general servo drive components.
  2. Studying the servo drive characteristics.
  3. Studying servo drive in trial mode of set speed.
  4. Investigation of a servo drive in the mode of working off a given torque.
  5. Investigation of a servo drive in the mode of working out a given movement.
