Laboratory stand is designed for laboratory courses in following subjects: “Hydraulics, hydraulic drive, hydraulic and pneumatic automation”, “Designing of car hydraulic drives” etc. at secondary educational institutions and universities.
Structural set of equipment:
Hydropanel and measuring and control panel are located on the stand framework, which is carried out as a single-sided basis with a table. Elementary hydraulic diagram of the stand is located on measuring and control panel. Hydraulic facilities and instruments are installed on the table and on the hydropanel. Besides, structural diagrams of hydraulic booster facilities are located on the hydropanel. Facilities of hydraulic booster type MAZ-64229 are investigated on the stand (by agreement with customer facilities of other types may be installed).
Hydro station included to complete set is carried out as a separate module. The main facilities mounted on the stand and hydro station are: gear pump, three-phase asynchronous motor, pressure filter, discharge hydraulic valve (2 pcs.), controllable throttle, hydraulic cylinder, steering device with hydraulic distributor, three-port flow control valve (flow valve and pressure valve). The stand has flexible configuration. Needed configuration of investigated subsystem is assembled with usage of elastic pipeworks with quick-release couplings (QRC).
Information-measuring system of the stand allows to register pressures, flow rates, temperature, time. Three microprocessor pressure sensors and one manometer, two integrating flowmeters (velocity flowmeter and volume flowmeter), electronic stop-watch are installed on the stand. Pressure measurement results are displayed in digital mode.
