The training laboratory system is designed to study the proportional-integral-differential controller and its application in industry for the construction of automated control systems.

The stand controls the temperature value in the furnace model. The temperature setpoint is monitored by PLC and controllers. The state change of the furnace model is indicated by LED and digital indication. The object under study is controlled both in automatic mode and in manual mode. The temperature value controlling at the control object is carried out using a heater and a fan.

State indicators of the control object are displayed on the PLC display, which controls the operation of the heater, fan and alarm.

The stand provides options for setting the magnitude of the disturbing effect.

The training system is supplied with:

  • a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff;
  • software.

  1. Studying of the technical characteristics of  PLC OVEN.
  2. Studying of the programming field of CodeSys.
  3. Studying of LAD and FBD programming languages.
  4. Studying of the programming variants of PLC 73, using the example of automation object.
