The training laboratory stand is designed for use as educational equipment in institutions of higher, secondary specialized, and vocational-technical education for conducting laboratory practical classes.

The stand consists of a housing containing electrical equipment and a front panel.

On the front panel of the stand, the following components are installed:

  • Neutral busbar.
  • Terminal block.
  • Digital timer.
  • Lighting timer.
  • Alarm bell.
  • Signal lamp.
  • Halogen floodlight.
  • Motion sensor.
  • Photocell.
  • AC contactor.
  • Residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB).
  • Leakage current simulator.
  • Emergency stop button (E-Stop, Red mushroom button).
  • ON/OFF button with locking.
  • Make/break switches.
  • Power supply.

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.

  1. Study of the residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB).
  2. Study of the AC contactor.
  3. Study of the electronic timer.
  4. Study of the lighting timer.
  5. Study of the operation of the light sensor using a working lighting system.
  6. Study of the motion sensor using a working lighting system.
