Laboratory stand is designed for using as educational equipment at universities and secondary educational institutions for laboratory and practice courses.
The body of the stand has mounted the following electric equipment:
- power supply source;
- electronic measuring units.
Frontal panel contains:
- mains switch and mains indicator;
- digital indicators;
- measuring devices;
- panel board.
The case body is made of a special aluminum profile 160×25 mm, which has grooves on three sides for mounting devices and panels. On the front panel images (inscriptions, schemes, designations) are depicted by the method of full-color wear-resistant printing.
External source of compressed air (compressor) is connected to the stand.
The measurement system allows you to record pressure, temperature and air flow.
The stand is equipped with a set of studied educational elements (replaceable devices) for assembling various pneumatic circuits. Devices are mounted on special brackets. Pneumatic circuits are assembled on the typesetting field of the stand.
Training elements:
- air treatment block – 1 pc.;
- air distributor with manual control (5/3) – 1 pc.;
- safety valve – 1 pc.;
- throttle – 1 pc.;
- pressure regulator – 2 pc.;
- collector 6хG1/8 – 1 pc.
The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
