The training laboratory system is used for determination of the inertia moment of a solid cylindrical body, familiarization with complex motion, and study of the law of energy conservation.
The training system is a basement with a vertical rod on height-adjustable legs. The rod is equipped with an optical sensor, the position of which is height-adjustable. On the upper bracket a rotor with a replaceable ring, which is fixed by an electromagnet, is suspended on the threads. An electronic stopwatch is used for timing the fall of the cylindrical body.
