Structurally, the training laboratory equipment consists of a laboratory unit and a control unit (electronic stopwatch).
The laboratory unit is a base on height-adjustable legs. A vertical rack is fixed on the base. An optical sensor is moved along the rack. A bracket is mounted on the rack. The edge of the physical pendulum is supported by one arm of the bracket. The edge can freely move on the rod after loosening the fixing screw. Loads can be fixed on the rod at any desired distance from its ends. A ball is suspended on threads on the second arm of the bracket. The length of the threads can be changed by the adjusting screw. An electronic stopwatch is used for timing the pendulum oscillations.
The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
