The training laboratory unit is designed to carry out laboratory experiments in physics at universities and secondary educational institutions.
The unit allows to create a uniform magnetic field using Helmholtz coils and measuring coils magnetic induction using Hall sensor, getting field distribution for two coordinates.

Structurally the training laboratory equipment consists of two Helmholtz coils, a magnetic field meter (Hall sensor) mounted on a movable ruler and a control unit.

The training system is supplied with:

  • a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff;
  • a software.

Experiments provided

  1. Investigation of dependence of magnetic induction on current passing through Helmholtz coils.
  2. Experimental investigation of magnetic induction distribution along the axis of the area between two coaxial circular coils with the same constant current.
  3. Experimental investigation of magnetic induction distribution across the axis of the area between two coaxial circular coils with the same constant current.
