The training laboratory stand allows to investigate temperature dependence of metals and semiconductors.

The unit consists of electric furnace with patterns of metal and semiconductor in it. In order to measure resistance and temperature with multimeter clamp terminals on the lateral surface of the unit are provided. 
The training system is supplied with:
  • software;
  • set of technical and methodical documentation intended for teaching staff.
