The training laboratory stand allows to investigate temperature dependence of metals and semiconductors.

The unit consists of electric furnace with patterns of metal and semiconductor in it. In order to measure resistance and temperature with multimeter clamp terminals on the lateral surface of the unit are provided. 
The stand is accompanied with
  • software;
  • a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staf.
