Structurally, the stand consists of a metallic base with an aluminum profile plate installed on it.

The aluminum profile plate accommodates workpiece and lid accumulators, sensors, pneumatic and electric drives, and an air preparation unit.

Pneumatic cylinders connected to pneumatic distributors, located on the mounting pneumatic plate, are used as pneumatic drives, while an electric motor-gearbox installed on a conveyor belt serves as the electric drive.

Sensors are utilized for detecting the presence of workpieces and lids in the respective accumulators, as well as for determining the color of the workpieces.

On the front panel of the stand, the following components are installed:

сontrol unit;
PLC module.

The stand is accompanied with:

software;
a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
