The bench is a welded frame with an electric lift on it. A force sensor with a measuring limit of 5000N is installed on the lift. Removable tools for conducting labs are screwed at the upper thread of the sensor. The lift control is performed by a wired remote control.

For conducting labs it is necessary to prepare the bench by installing samples in the target area (install the necessary hasp) and connect it to measuring system if necessary.

Pure bending: verification of the normal stress distribution law.
Beam bending: definition of linear and angular displacements of cross sections.
The combined action of bending and torsion of thin-walled rod: determination of the shear modulus.
Determination of the principal stresses.
Compression the bar of great flexibility: the definition of critical force.
