Training laboratory equipment is intended to implement the laboratory works on “Physics” and “Engineering mechanics” disciplines.

Structurally, the stand is made in the form of a precast base, consisting of aluminum profiles. On the base, an inclined plane with a locking mechanism and a block is hinged. The cable with one end attached to the bar, the other – to the suspension with weights.

On an inclined plane there are shelves for the installation of a support board on which a bar moves, which has plates made of various materials on the four sides.

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.

Experiments provided

  1. Determination of friction coefficient of materials combinations: steel, plexiglas, wood, aluminium.
  2. Plotting the dependency of frictional force on sample weight.
