The educational laboratory stand is intended for use as training equipment in the study of the discipline “Materials Science. Technology of Structural Materials” in higher, secondary specialized, and vocational-technical educational institutions. It is designed for investigating the electrical properties and behavior of various materials and conductors, including resistance, dielectric characteristics, temperature dependencies, contact phenomena, electromagnetic properties, breakdown processes, as well as the characteristics of ferromagnetic and magnetically hard materials.

Structurally the system consists of:
  • a control unit with electric equipment, circuit boards, front and back panels;
  • plug-in modules: 8 panels, which can be connected to the CU;
  • laboratory table with a storage cabinet for the modules.

The training system is supplied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
