The training laboratory system is used during laboratory experiments on the study of process sensors and their characteristics.
Structurally, the training system consists of the case with installed electrical equipment, electric plates, front panel and countertop of integrated desktop.
The frontal panel is divided into groups, according to the topics of conducted laboratory experiments. The training system allows to study and and measure the characteristics of current and voltage sensors, temperature sensors, linear displacement sensors, proximity switch sensors, angular position sensors and pressure sensors can be conducted using the equipment. Multimeters are supplemented to the training system and used as measuring equipment.
LATR with adjustment range 0-220 V is used in the training system to investigate current and voltage sensors. WEWR resistor with 50 W power is used as heating element to investigate temperature sensors. The liner is supplemented to each sensor to investigate linear displacement sensors. LEDs are installed in the training system to control the operation of proximity switch sensors.
LATR is used to regulate the speed rotation of the primary motor, driving the tachogenerator with installed code disk through stepdown transformer and rectifier. Variable resistors and wafer switch are used as angular position sensors. Air compressor, manometer and pressure regulator are used to investigate the pressure sensor in the training system.
The training system is supplied with technical and methodical documentation for teaching staff.
