The training laboratory stand is intended to carry out the laboratory works on “Hydraulics” at secondary specialized colleges and higher education establishments.

The stand is intended to study the hydraulic characteristics of the oil pool models made from transparent cylindric pipe lines filled with soils of different discharge capacity. There is a possibility to study series, -parallel and combined layer connection.

Measuring system includes pressure sensors, flowmeters and electronic stopwatch.

The stand has a monobloc design with control system and hydrostation. The control system has 2 parts: the electrical and the hydraulical one.

The electrical front panel accommodates: 

  • an automatic switch;
  • numeric display of measuring instruments;
  • signaling lamps indicating power supply to the stand.

The hydraulical part of the front panel accommodates instruments, hydraulic automation elements and controls. For convenience, the hydraulic panel shows the hydraulic circuit diagram.

The work table accommodates the pipelines being tested. The tank and pump station are installed at the bottom of the stand’s frame. All parts of the stand that come into contact with water (including the painted ones) are made from stainless steel, bronze and brass.

The training system is supplied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.

  3. Studying the discharge capacity of the oil-bearing layer at the different parameters of the layer (three types of media)
  4. Flows and pressures distribution in a system by the parallel layers connection.
  5. Flows and pressures distribution in a system by the series layer connection.
  6. Flows and pressures distribution in a system by the combined layer connection.
