The stand consists of 2 subsystems: hydraulic and electric, which are mounted on a frame. The hydraulic one is a closed fluid circulation system (water is used as a hydraulic fluid). The stand is autonomous, it doesn’t require connection to pipeline and sewage system.
The following equipment is installed on the stand:
- two pumping units, each includes a cantilever-type rotary pump and a 3-phase asynchronous electric motor;
- one hydraulic tank;
- pipelines with shut-off and control valves;
- power supply system;
- data measurement system.
The data measurement system allows to rate pressure (on pumps’ inlets and outlets), instant fluid flow, power on the electric motor inputs. The results of measurements are digitally indicated on an electronic screen.
In order to provide high performance of microprocessor sensors and achieve the required precision the stand features specially designed anti-jamming system.
The stand is supplied with a set of methodical and technical documentation for teaching staff.
