The electrical panel of the stand shows a hydraulic circuit diagram. At the bottom of the stand are a hydroelectric station and a bedside table with a box for storing pipelines, hydraulic devices with mounting plates.
The hydraulic panel of the stand contains a type-setting field onto which the necessary devices with mounting plates are installed in the laboratory work. Devices are connected using flexible pipes and quick couplings.
Before conducting laboratory classes, it is necessary to assemble a system diagram of the required configuration. Such an ideology of building a stand allows you to increase the number of work performed, as well as change, if necessary, the functionality of the stand in the future.
The basic equipment of the stand includes:
- three-phase electric motor;
- gear pump;
- pressure filter;
- two pressure hydraulic valves (direct and indirect action);
- pressure reducing valve (indirect action);
- manual control valve;
- two-line flow controller;
- adjustable throttle;
- three-line flow controller.
When selecting hydraulic devices, the matching of their characteristics in pressure and flow rate is ensured, which allows them to conduct experimental studies in various modes, including nominal ones.
The information-measuring system of the stand allows you to measure:
- pressure (four manometers);
- flow rate (two flowmeters – volumetric and high-speed types);
- fluid temperature;
- time (electronic stopwatch).
The manufacturer, at the request of the customer, is ready to increase the list of equipment included in the delivery and increase the number of laboratory work performed at the stand.
