The training laboratory system is designed to conduct laboratory experiments on the “Hydraulics” course in secondary special and higher educational institutions.
On the frame structure of the stand, made in the form of a one-sided basis with a table, there are a hydraulic panel and an electrical measurement and control panel. On the panel of electrical measurements and control is a hydraulic circuit diagram. The stand has a rigid configuration that does not require any assembly work before the lesson. The stand includes a hydroelectric station.
A three-phase electric motor, a gear pump, a pressure hydraulic valve, a filter, two distributors with electromagnetic control, a two-line flow regulator, a hydraulic accumulator, mounting plates, connecting fittings and pipelines are installed on the stand.
Providing the sufficiently high pressures and velocities of the fluid flow during tests makes the studied processes visual, which helps students learn material. The stand provides for the possibility of changes over a wide range of fluid flow.
The information-measuring system of the stand allows you to determine the pressure, flow, temperature of the working fluid, time. At the stand there are 6 pressure gauges (one of them is electric contact), an integrating type high-speed flowmeter, an electronic stopwatch, and a thermometer with a bimetallic sensing element.
In a number of laboratory works, the obtained experimental characteristics are compared with the calculation results, which allows us to estimate the errors allowed in the calculations.
A set of methodological and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff is supplied with the training system.
