The training laboratory system is designed to conduct practical laboratory experiments on the studying of the frequency inverter construction, operating principle and characteristics in secondary vocational and higher educational institutions.

Structurally, the stand consists of two parts:
  • housing with the following equipment installed: electrical equipment, electronic boards, front panel, battery and table top integrated desktop;
  • electric machine unit, which includes a DC motor and valve motor.

In the housing of the stand the following equipment is placed:

  • pulse width converter;
  • inverter;
  • switching relays;
  • electronic measuring instruments.

On the front panel of the stand the following equipment installed:

  • power switch;
  • digital indicators;
  • control buttons and switches;
  • switching sockets;
  • USB connector for connecting to a PC;
  • connector.

The measurement system allows to record the voltage, current, active power, speed and temperature of the valve engine.

The stand is supplied with:

  • a set of methodological and technical documentation for teaching staff;
  • software.

Experiments provided

  1. Investigation of the structural schematics of the inverter.
  2. Studying of the operating principle and investigation of the inverter control schematics.
  3. Studying of the upper and low key control schematics.
  4. Investigation of the inverter operating principle, frequency and amplitude control principles.
  5. Investigation of the inverter operation in the modes of motor and recover control.
