The training laboratory system consists of two subsystems. One of them allows conducting the investigations related to measurement of material consumption as well as measurement and control of pressure. The second subsystem is designed for studying the issues related to measurement and control of temperature.
The training system allows conducting the investigation of two types of automatic control systems (temperature and pressure) as well as controllers used for these purposes.
The hydraulic subsystem includes:
- hydraulic pump;
- pressure hydraulic valve;
- hydraulic distributor;
- two hydraulic tanks;
- pipeline system with valves.
Hydraulic tank No. 2 is located inside the tank No. 1 and it can be moved vertically. A dynamometer is used to control the weight of the material supplied to tank No. 2. Extreme positions when moving the tank number 2 are fixed by limit switches. To measure the flow and pressure, a high-speed flow meter and a manometer are used.
To study issues related to temperature measurement and regulation, the training system includes a thermal chamber and four types of thermometers. Temperature regulator-meter allows to measure the temperature, as well as regulate the thermal regime in the thermal chamber.
An electronic stopwatch is also installed on the stand.
The hydraulic pump can be controlled in two modes: manual and automatic. When operating in automatic mode, the pump is controlled by limit switches.
LEDs are used to control the operating states of the stand, pump, pressure hydraulic valve and limit switches.
The training system is supplied with a set of methodical and technical documentation intended for teaching staff.
