NTC-16.01 “Mounting of plumbing fixtures”

The stand frame is a prefabricated structure and consists of three parts: the left and right half-frames and the middle part (connecting bar). The training system can be adjusted in height and set in level. 

The training system includes:

• water tanks;
• storage water heater;
• pumping station;
• bathtub;
• bath mixer;
• washbasin;
• washbasin mixer;
• toilet bowl with cistern;
• sewerage collector;
• hot and cold water meters;
• filters;
• safety devices;
• pipeline and shut-off valves.

The laboratory experiments could be made in two modes:

• the system is filled with water;
• the system is not filled with water.

Elements of water supply and drainage systems, sanitary devices and equipment are mounted on the frame with the possibility of their multiple mounting and dismounting during the laboratory and practical studies.

The assembled training system is fully ready for work, equipped with water supply network charging units, hot and cold water flow measurement devices, safety devices and devices. The storage water heater is equipped with devices ensuring safety during its operation. The pumping station is equipped with devices ensuring safety in working and idle modes.The pipeline combining the receiving and water intake tanks is a combined one; such design allows studying some variants of connections in water supply and drainage systems.

Diameters of pipelines of water removal system: 110mm; 50mm. Diameters of pipelines of water supply system: 32mm; 20mm.

The training system is filled with water from the regular water supply system without special water preparation.
