NTC-15.56 “Cutaway model of electric vehicle power converter”

The cutaway model provides visual demonstration of structure and ensures visual access to nodes and parts placed inside of the power converter unit (inverter) of the electric vehicle.

Structurally, the stand is represented a transported frame on the wheels. At the frame is placed unit of power converter (inverter) of an electric vehicle.  At the front panel of the stand are drawn functional circuits of power electronics of electric vehicle.

The rotation of the power converter unit on the rotary axis provides a 360° view of it. The original wiring connectors are kept saved on the block.

The cutaway model are demonstrated:

• printed circuit cards with electronic elements;
• high voltage relays;
• power keys.

One of the relays has a cut that gives opportunity to study its internal structure.
