The training laboratory stand is designed for conducting laboratory and practical classes in the disciplines of “Automobile Engineering” and “Vehicle Maintenance.”  This list of laboratory exercises covers the study of the design, operation principles, and diagnostics of key components of vehicle lighting and signaling systems. It includes examining power sources and practical training in the operation and control of lighting and alert devices to improve their reliability and efficiency.
 
*The vehicle make for studying the design and operation of the lighting and signaling system is determined in consultation with the customer (Volkswagen, VAZ, and others).

To conduct the laboratory and practical experiment on studying the structure and operation principle of lightning and signalizing system of vehicles the training system fully implement lightning and signalizing system of  Volkswagen Golf 5 according to the system installed in real vehicle. The color band coding corresponds to real system installed in the vehicle.

Faults introduction is realized not from the stand panel as it is done in NTC-15.43, but by means of a PC with special software.

The stand provides for the possibility of conducting direct electrical measurements in the circuits of the vehicle system under study, as well as entering faults with their subsequent diagnostics using any known diagnostic equipment of the systems under study.

The training system is accompanied with:

  • a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
  • software.
