NTC-15.26 “Injection system FSI”

Br0.00

The stand allows the investigation, the diagnostics and the troubleshooting of the gasoline engine injection system FSI (Fuel Stratified Injection) to be conducted. The list of laboratory exercises is designed to study the main components and principles of the engine control system with FSI injection. Students will learn about the structure and functions of system elements, gain skills in diagnosing the control unit and sensors, and identify faults. Additionally, the features of the engine’s fuel supply system, including high and low-pressure stages, are examined, along with the engine starting process. As a result of completing these tasks, students will understand how injection and fuel supply systems operate and will learn how to diagnose and eliminate potential faults to ensure reliable engine performance.
