Educational laboratory stand is designed for using as educational equipment at universities and secondary technical educational insitutions for studying tractor hydraulic drives and agricultural machinery design.

Stand allows training of personnel in tractor operation, joystick controlling of hydraulic equipment, programming of operations, hydrodistributor section EHS controlling on turnwrest plough functional model.

The stand consists of controlling module and hydraulic module.

Contolling module consists of body, where electrical equipment, electronic boards, frontal panel and tabletop are installed. The frontal panel contains:

  • switching, protecting and indicating devices;
  • electronic unit  BPO GNS;
  • electronic panel PEK;
  • joystick set BED-01;
  • integral block image with diagnostic sockets.

Hydraulic module consists of frame, which is installed on the floor with usage of screw-in bearings, table with bracket and barrier. The following equipment is mounted on the table:

  • flow controller;
  • electrohydraulic integral block;
  • turnwrest plough functional model with three hydrocylinders;
  • irreversible hydromotor.

For electrohydraulic integral block power supply the hydro station is used. It is performed as a separate module, and it consists of hydraulic reservoir, electric motor, gear pump and hydraulic equipment. Hydro station may be installed inside the frame or beside it. Connection is established with two high pressure hoses. Hoses’ length is 2 m.

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.

Experiments provided

  1. Study of electrohydraulic integral block.
  2. Study of distributing section EHS, guiding valve and central sliding valve of hydrodistributor EHS positioning schemes.
  3. Study of distributing section EHS controlling joysticks.
  4. Study of electornic unit of operation sequence programming.
  5. Distributing section EHS control, manual mode, automatic mode, operation sequence programming of electrohydrodistributor sections EHS.
  6. Study of electronic combined panel (ECP) of motor conrol system and external consumers of hydraulic equipment.
