The training laboratory system is designed to study PID controller and the variants of its using in industry during the construction of automated control systems.
The simulation of pressure set point control is carried out in the same way as the operating principle of discrete pressure sensor, the simulation of current pressure value – with analogue pressure sensor. The state change of technological volume is depicted by LED and digital indication. The control of the investigated object is conducted both in automatic and manual modes. The regulation of the flow rate of outlet line is carried out by the slides regulator. Flow rate regulation of inlet line is carried out by changing the rotation speed of supply pump and slide simulator.
The indicators of technological volume state are displayed on PLC, which controls the operation of pressure and slides controllers.
There are input options of different faults in the controlled object as well as disturbance affection setting.
The pressure controller is connected to PC via USB interface.
The training system is supplied with a set of technical and methodical documentation for teaching staff.
