The training systems contains control unit and power unit.

The power unit is an aluminum frame which contains:

centrifugal fan;
axial fans in parallel operation;
axial fans in sequential operation;
tachogenerators;
pressure transducers.

PVC channels 125mm in diameter are used as air ducts; the diameter of the channels at the measured section is 100mm. The channels are mounted on the front part of the stand. The system of measurements allows registering static and dynamic pressure at the measured section, impeller velocity, voltage, current, active power of the motors.

Differential pressure transducers are used for measuring static and dynamic pressure. Connecting pressure gauges to air ducts is provided by a system of pipes and collectors.

The type of the fan is approved by the customer in purchase order.

The functional circuit is drawn on control panel for ease.

The front part of the control and measurement panel contains:

mains switch and power indicator;
functional switches;
digital indicators;
LATR voltage regulators.

The training system is supplied with technical and methodical documentation for teaching staff.
