The training laboratory unit is used to conduct the complex of laboratory works to study injection motors and to develop an initial knowledge of the engine structure under the courses of “Vehicles structure”, “Vehicles operation”, “Construction and counting of vehicles”, “Technical operation and repair of vehicle” in higher and secondary specialized institutions.

The present cutaway model is designed for visual demonstration and studying the structure, operating principle of general inside nodes and aggregates of engine (the engine type (gasoline or diesel) is determined by the customer).  

The performed cuts give opportunity to study design and operating principle:

  • engine;
  • upper camshaft;
  • generator;
  • gas distribution mechanism;
  • cylinder-piston group;
  • crankshaft.
