The training laboratory stand is dedicated for using it as a training equipment at secondary specialized colleges and higher education establishments to perform laboratory works for studying automatics elements and automatization units.

Structurally, the stand consists of a housing where are mounted the front panel and an integrated work table top.

At the front panel are placed:

  • automatic circuit breaker;
  • power supply outputs;
  • pulse generator outputs;
  • PLC;
  • programmable relay;
  • circuit with logic elements, counters and triggers;
  • elevator draft;
  • LEDs for indicators;
  • segment indicators;
  • relay block;
  • DC motor;
  • stepper motor;
  • traffic light model;
  • RC filters;
  • diodes;
  • controls (switches, buttons, potentiometers, potential points).

Assembly of electrical circuits is carried out with plug-in jumpers.

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.

Experiments provided

  1. Study of contact bounce, fight against bounce. Investigation of the duration of switching on and off the relay. Signal Delay Shaping.
  2. Automation circuits using relays.
  3. Automation circuits using logic elements.
  4. Automation circuits using a programmable relay.
  5. Studying the basics of operation with industrial controller
  6. Plotting the simplest programs in the language of relay-contact circuits.
  7. Automation circuits using a programmable controller.
  8. Elevator draft control system.
