Elevator model includes:
- elevator shaft;
- cab;
- counterweight;
- lifting device;
- floor posts;
- indication display of current position and cab moving direction.
The cab is equipped with a door operating gear, door opening and door closing sensors, door reverse sensor, photo barrier in the doorway, weight sensor in the floor, lighting lamp. The lifting device includes a frequency converter and a gearbox. Model has 6 call buttons.
The position of the cab is controlled by limit switches, additionally controlled is the departure of the cab and the counterweight from the end positions. The status of doors at all floors is controlled by microswitches.
The elevator model provides simulation operation at 4 stopping points (simulation of 4 floors).
Control unit consists of a body with a mounted front panel and a table board of integrated working table.
At the control stand panel is installed a control system with protection devices, PLC, controls (input of commands) and indications (signal lamps), control circuit with switching sockets.
Assembling the electrical circuits is carried out by plug-in jumpers.
The equipment is accompanied with:
- a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
- software.
