The training laboratory equipment is represented as a rack with installed optical pickup at its base and a pulley with wounded threads with weights at the end. On the pulley axle there is a nut for fixing interchangeable flywheels and a cross pendulum. In the initial position, the thread is wound on a pulley and fixed with an electromagnet. During the experiment, the electromagnet is turned off and, at the same time, the countdown starts. The load comes into motion, due to which the pulley axis becomes untwisted.
For counting the time of moving the weights is used a control unit (an electronic stopwatch). On the front panel of the control unit there is a four-digit indicator and controls.
The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
