NTC-11.90 “Open-channel hydraulics”

Br0.00

The educational laboratory stand is designed for conducting laboratory work in the courses “Hydraulics,” “Fluid Mechanics,” “Water Supply and Sewerage,” and “Hydrology and Hydrometry” at higher education institutions, colleges, and vocational-technical schools. These activities include measuring and analyzing the velocity characteristics of open flow, determining the Coriolis and Boussinesq coefficients, and studying the hydraulic properties of various types of spillways. Additionally, the study of fluid outflow from openings, investigation of hydraulic jumps, and the relationship between flow depth and bottom slope are carried out. Furthermore, analysis includes free surface curves in pressureless flow and the resistance of bodies of various shapes when bypassed by flow.
