The educational laboratory stand is designed for use as training equipment in higher education institutions, colleges, and vocational-technical schools. It is used for conducting laboratory-practical lessons on verifying Archimedes’ principle, studying the design and characteristics of hydraulic jacks, and investigating Pascal’s law. Additionally, the stand allows for determining the force of fluid pressure on a flat surface, studying the properties of hydrostatic pressure, and experimentally constructing pressure distribution diagrams of hydrostatic pressure.

The stand consists of laboratory unit  #1 and laboratory unit  #2.

The stand is supplied with:

  • a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
  • a software to operate the equipment, including:
    • studying theoretical materials;
    • initial verification and consolidation of the knowledge gained with the help of a test included in the software;
    • implementation of the laboratory work with recording the observations and measurements in corresponding program fields and tables, automation of the calculations and plotting the diagrams;
    • formation of the final report on the laboratory work.
